ADULT FLOCKS
Flocks are the primary way we love, encourage, and care for one another. (Rom 12:10 | Gal 5:13, 6:2 | 1 Th 5:11 | Heb 10:23-24)
Flocks are groups of 40-80 adults from out of our church body with a primary goal of loving, encouraging, and caring for one another. We meet on Sunday mornings from 8:45-10:00 AM for fellowship, teaching, and mutual care, as well as at other times. All of our Flocks consist of a mix of folks from various ages and stages of life.
Flocks have two objectives:
- To cultivate friendship and mutual care for one another, building close relationships so that we can better minister to one another’s physical and spiritual needs.
- To equip the saints for the work of ministry to build up the body of Christ. (Eph 4:11-16) Our flocks provide applicable biblical instruction in a smaller, interactive format with the goal of making us “doers of the word, and not hearers only.” (Jas 1:22)
We encourage visitors /new members to visit each of the Flocks to see which one is right for you.
Make a commitment to join a Flock as a means of personally loving and caring for one another as Christ commanded.
