BCO Women study God’s Word together! Devoted to the Word is the branch of Women’s Ministries that plans and oversees our yearly Bible studies.

Ladies, we would love for you to join us this year as we journey through the strategic, exciting book of ACTS. 

2026 – 2027 STUDY DATES
Fall 2026 – Each Tuesday from Sept 9 – Nov 17.
Spring 2027 – Each Tuesday from January 12- March 9.
    
STUDY MATERIALS
Study materials will be provided at our first meeting.  Cost: $20, payable at registration.

Tuesday Mornings : 9:30A – 11:30A at BCO
• Live Teaching
• Small Group Discussion
• Care for PRE-REGISTERED Children
• Nursery (Infant – 2 years)
• Kids Klass (2-5 years)
• Supervised Study Hall (Homeschooled Children)

Tuesday Evenings : 6:30P – 8:30P at area homes
• Recorded Teaching
• Small Group Discussion
• No Childcare Provided

Women’s Retreat 2026

Following Christ in an Age of Distraction
A night and a day set apart to consider Jesus’ call to cast aside all hindrances, turn away from all temptations, and focus, laser-like, on Christ alone. When we follow His prescription, we will find not only simplicity but joy—unspeakable joy, and REST for our weary souls.

Guest Speaker: Becky Hintz

 

Becky Hintz lives in Emporia, KS, where her husband, Dave, is the senior pastor of Flint Hills Bible Church. A lifelong learner, Becky loved homeschooling her four children, who are all in college. As a new empty nester she now pours her time into church ministry and especially enjoys teaching, counseling, and training the next generation of leaders. Due to decades of sickness and physical trials, Becky has an extra passion to help women follow Christ when it hurts. Her simple joys include long walks in the country, good books before a fire, and rich conversation around the dinner table.
