RBC is a like-minded church in Eastern Europe that is strategically positioned to be a regional resource to many churches. They host an annual church conference that is well-attended by many churches. RBC is also passionate about church strengthening and church planting. In this vein, we support their pastoral internship program. 

Twice a year RBC brings in a pastor and his family for four months to train him in practical pastoral ministry. At the end of the program, they send the pastor back to his church better equipped to shepherd God’s people.
